Refund policy
Kibblecalm ("Company", "we", "us") offers a 30-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.
2. Process
Customers must initiate a return request by contacting kibblecalm@gmail.com with their order number and reason for return. Upon approval, the customer will receive return instructions.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the Company will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received was defective or incorrect due to Company error.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior authorization are not eligible for refund.
